Alice Cooper’s new album “Road” is set to be released in August 2023, and he’s kicking things off with the powerful single “I’m Alice”

Alice Cooper just announced his upcoming album titled “Road,” which will be available starting August 25th via the earMUSIC label. This album has been produced by long-time collaborator Bob Ezrin and was written, composed, and recorded alongside his trusted bandmates: Ryan Roxie on guitar, Chuck Garric on bass, Tommy Henrikson on guitar, Glen Sobel on drums, and Nita Strauss on guitar.

“Road” captures Alice’s classic spirit with its distinctive edge and immense enthusiasm. It’s everything you’d expect from him and more. The album’s first track and single, “I’m Alice,” sets the tone with its energetic drumbeat and screaming guitars in the background. Alice’s signature gritty voice takes center stage with the following words: “I know you’re looking for a good time. Let me introduce you to a friend of mine. I’m Alice. I’m the Master of Madness, the Sultan of Surprises… so don’t be afraid, just look into my eyes.”

“Road” will hit stores on August 25th, 2023, via earMUSIC, available in a wide variety of formats, including limited edition vinyl releases in different colors. As a thematic complement to the album, an additional DVD/Blu-ray will be included, featuring Alice Cooper’s full performance at Hellfest 2022, including all his classics and some rarely performed songs.

“Road” has been rumored for a while and has become a very personal project for Alice, stemming from his creative need during countless touring stages. He wanted to make an album dedicated to touring, crafted by the people who accompany him on every journey. And that’s how “Road” was born.
