THE DEAD DAISIES has released a new Single and video lyric titled “Unspoken”

“Unspoken” is the new single from THE DEAD DAISIES . The song is taken from the band’s fifth album, “Holy Ground,” which will be released later in the year through Spinefarm Records. “Holy Ground” was recorded at La Fabrique Studios in southern France with producer Ben Grosse.

This album comes as a follow-up to 2018’s “Burn It Down” and will be the band’s first album to feature Glenn Hughes (DEEP PURPLE, BLACK COUNTRY COMMUNION), who joined the group last year as their new bassist. and vocalist, replacing John Corabi (MÖTLEY CRÜE) and Marco Mendoza (THIN LIZZY).

The current formation of THE DEAD DAISIES is as follows:

  • Glenn Hughes (DEEP PURPLE, BLACK COUNTRY COMMUNION) – Lead Voice / Bass
  • Doug Aldrich (WHITESNAKE, DIO) – Guitar
  • David Lowy (MINK, RED PHOENIX) – Guitar
  • Deen Castronovo (JOURNEY, BAD ENGLISH, HARDLINE) – Drums

Hughes and guitarist of THE DEAD DAISIES Doug Aldrich will present an acoustic version of “Unspoken” this Sunday, April 19 at 1:00 p.m. PST, which will be streamed live on the band’s Facebook page.

“They wanted someone to come in, and a year ago they asked me if I would be interested in doing this. And I’ve been doing the ‘Glenn Hughes Performs Classic Deep Purple’ shows for a couple of years now, and I thought it would be appropriate for me to take a break from that and do something else. And I met the guys. I’ve known Doug for a long time, as you know. It just all fit together wonderfully. He’s a beautiful piece of music. I can’t wait for people to hear it. ” Hughes
