Australian Hard Rockers KORITNI release the first video from their new album “Long Overdue” today

After a four-year hiatus since their last explosive performance at Hellfest, Koritni has made a triumphant return with their long-awaited sixth studio album, aptly titled “Long Overdue.”

With the album expertly mixed by the legendary Kevin Shirley, renowned for his work with rock icons such as Aerosmith, Iron Maiden, and Led Zeppelin, and mastered by Ryan Smith, who has lent his talents to AC/DC and Greta Van Fleet, “Long Overdue” delivers a thrilling collection of 12 powerful tracks that will delight fans of classic rock.

Featuring lead rhythms that captivate, razor-sharp riffs that cut through the air, inspired solos that ignite the senses, and the captivating vocal prowess of the charismatic Lex Koritni, this album flawlessly combines all the essential elements that have defined the band’s iconic Australian sound.

For this exceptional album, Lex Koritni has assembled a new group of talented musicians. Joining him is the skilled guitarist Tom Fremont, whose electrifying performances were witnessed by the audience during the 2019 dates, including Hellfest. Additionally, Daniel Fasano takes charge of the drums, bringing a dynamic energy to the band’s revitalized lineup. Original guitarist Luke Cuerden has also graciously lent his expertise as a guest performer on one of the tracks. Mathieu Albiac, formerly of Laura Cox, will impressively handle the bass guitar for the band’s electrifying live shows.

“Long Overdue” has been released on May 26th  in CD Digipak, Double Vinyl LP, and Digital formats (streaming and download).
