JEFF SCOTT SOTO to release new solo album in November

“Wide Awake (In My Dreamland)” is the title of the new album that will be released by JEFF SCOTT SOTO on his own this coming November

Soto’s career spans more than thirty years and perhaps it is not necessary to review it, but it does not hurt to remember everything that this creature has done. His leap to global audiences comes as the lead singer of Yngwie Malmsteen’s first two solo albums before moving to front of TALISMAN. He is also one of the vocalists of TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA, the lead vocalist of the super group W.E.T. (with JSS along with members of ECLIPSE and WORK OF ART), head of SOTO, more inclined to metal, and leader of the supergroup SONS OF APOLLO (which also features Mike Portnoy, Derek Sherinian, Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal and Billy Sheehan) , among many other musical activities in which he has been and is involved. He was also on the voice of JOURNEY and was one of the vocalists of the official QUEEN tribute, QUEEN EXTRAVAGANZA. His incredible voice has prompted many artists to invite him to do lead vocals or background vocals on their albums, including but not limited to STRYPER, Joel Hoekstra, SAIGON KICK, Fergie Frederiksen, Lita Ford, STEELHEART and more.

Now Soto will release his new solo album, “Wide Awake (In My Dreamland)” on November 6 via Frontiers Music Srl. The album comes after 2017’s “Retribution” was co-written and produced by the in-house producer of Frontiers Music Srl, Alessandro Del Vecchio.
